Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data Vanguard ("we", "us") collects through vanguardmena.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We process personal data in line with Jordan's Personal Data Protection Law (2023) and apply the same standard to visitors from other countries.
What we collect
Information you send us: when you use the contact form, we receive your name, email, company, and — if you choose to share them — your phone or WhatsApp number, website, the services you're interested in, budget range, timeline and message. When you email, call or message us on WhatsApp, we receive what you send through those channels.
Information collected automatically: our hosting provider records standard technical data such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to keep the site secure and working. If analytics are enabled, Google Analytics, the Meta Pixel and Vercel Analytics collect usage data such as pages viewed, device type, approximate location and how you arrived at the site, using cookies or similar identifiers.
How we use it
To reply to your inquiry, prepare proposals and deliver work you engage us for; to understand how the site is used and improve it; to measure the performance of our own advertising; and to keep the site secure. We do not sell personal data.
Who we share it with
Only with service providers that help us run the site and our business, under their own privacy terms: Vercel (hosting), Resend (delivery of contact-form emails), Google Workspace (email), and — when analytics are enabled — Google and Meta. Some of these providers process data outside Jordan. We may also disclose data where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Inquiries are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless they lead to a client relationship, in which case we keep records for as long as the relationship and our legal obligations require.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, withdraw consent, or object to its use. Email info@vanguardmena.com and we will respond within 30 days. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time; the site works without them.
Children
This site is intended for businesses and is not directed at children under 18.
